Flags for both series will be awarded on Wednesday, September 22nd at the Harper Woods Community Center LSSC members are eligible for the John McCartney Memorial Trophy (Overall) and the Gil LaLonde Memorial Trophy After all LSSC Wednesday Sunset races, hot dogs, beverages, and tall tale swapping are enjoyed by racers and non-racers alike under the Jefferson Beach Marina sign by the lake. LSSC Club Series (open to members only) Sunday Series Race 1 May 16 Race 2 May 23 Thomas Cup June 13 Race 3 August 15 Commodore's Cup August 21 (Sat) Alternate 1 September 12 Race 4 September 19 Alternate 2 September 26 To be eligible for Season Overall Award a boat must race a minimum of four of the six races and at least one of the four races must be either the Thomas Cup or the Commodore's Cup.
